My Birth work takes many forms.
I teach classes on embodiment practices for labor, lecture at universities on the role of doulas in our health care systems, teach community movement classes and workshops on resilience strategies for care providers, and am a member of a multidisciplinary arts collective. For me, birth work means nurturing community through education, advocacy, creativity, and joyful movement.
